At Teevana, we strive to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You need a different size and the original item is unused. (Charges applied)
Exchange Window:
Requests must be raised at a same days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Include your order ID and clear product photos when contacting us.

Refunds are not available once the order is out for delivery.
After dispatch, only exchanges are possible.
Refunds will only be granted if:
- The order is cancelled before shipping.
- We are unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
No cash refunds. Eligible refunds will be issued as store credit only.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
Refunds or exchanges will not be processed without receiving the returned goods or verified proof of delivery.

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver first, we will issue any refund directly to the original purchaser.
